Verify that your trial or paid plan is active in Billing, complete your required profile fields, and check to make sure it is the correct date.
Certain profile fields are required before you can receive matches including your work history, about me section, career goals, and scheduling link.
All new intros drop on Mondays at 10am ET. If you've already reviewed your intros for this week, you will not see new ones until next Monday.
If everything looks correct and intros are still missing, contact support with your account email.
