Access & Accounts
What is Ares?
Ares is a Solana-native trading terminal that fuses Telegram intelligence, wallet tracking, and multi-DEX execution inside a customizable workspace. It is currently in invite-only beta at https://ares.pro.
How do I get in?
Join the waitlist on the landing page or redeem an invite link (https://ares.pro/invite/<code>). Each invite code can be used once per account. Keep the invite tab open when you log in—the code is cached locally and consumed during onboarding.
How do I log in?
Click Login → Continue with Email or Wallet on ares.pro. Enter the OTP sent to your inbox and the app will bootstrap/restore your Turnkey session. There are no passwords or seed phrases to manage.
Which browsers/devices are supported?
Desktop Chrome/Brave/Edge/Safari offer the best experience. Mobile browsers coming soon
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The responsive web app is the single source of truth; native apps are on the roadmap
Is Ares free?
There is no subscription fee. Trades incur: (1) the standard Solana network fee and priority/Jito tip you configure, (2) underlying DEX fees (Pump.fun 1.25%, Raydium/Meteora pool fees, etc.), and (3) a 1% Ares platform fee
Where are my keys stored?
Keys are generated and held by Turnkey’s embedded wallet infrastructure directly in your browser. Ares never holds your private keys. You can create, import, export, or delete wallets from Wallet Management at any time.
How do I change my handle or profile info?
Avatar → Settings lets you set your handle (ares.pro/@handle), display name, bio, and avatar. Handles are unique and are used on leaderboards, token chats, and flex cards.
Can I delete my account?
Because the product is still in beta, account deletions are handled manually. Email support@ares.pro (subject “Account Deletion”) with your handle and registered email. Note that on-chain data (wallets, transactions) is immutable.
Wallets, Funds & Security
What wallets can I use?
Ares focuses on embedded Turnkey wallets:
Create wallets directly in the Wallet Management modal.
Import existing keys via the Turnkey iframe (supported for ed25519/Solana keys).
Export any wallet later if you want to self-custody elsewhere. Direct connections to Phantom/Solflare/Slope/etc. are not supported yet.
How do I fund or withdraw?
Copy the address of the wallet you want to use (Wallet Summary popover → Receive). Send SOL/SPL from an exchange or another wallet. Withdrawals are just standard sends initiated from Wallet Management or the Send modal. Always keep 0.05–0.1 SOL for fees.
Can I hide a wallet from my public profile?
Yes. In Wallet Management toggle Privacy → “Visible on profile” vs “Private.” Private wallets still appear on-chain but are removed from ares.pro/@handle and public leaderboards.
What happens if I lose access to my device?
Log back in with the same email/OTP or external wallet. Turnkey sessions are tied to your login, so a new device simply re-establishes the session. If you imported an external private key you can re-import it on the new device.
How do I report a security issue?
Disconnect compromised wallets immediately, move funds to a safe address if possible, and email support@ares.pro with the subject “URGENT – Security.” Include handles, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and a description of what happened.
Trading & Fees
Which DEXs/protocols are supported?
Pump.fun bonding curves & Pump AMM, Raydium AMM V4 / CPMM / CLMM / LaunchLab, Meteora DLMM / CP AMM / DAMM / DBC, Moonshot, Bags, Believe, LetsBonk, and Jupiter listings. Routing is handled by the DexIntegrator under the hood.
What fees should I expect?
Ares platform fee: 1%
DEX fees: Pump.fun (1.25%), Raydium/Meteora pool fees, etc. depend on the pool.
Network fees: Solana base fee plus any priority/Jito tip specified in your preset.
Minimum trade size?
0.001 SOL
Why did my trade fail?
Common causes: insufficient funds (remember the 1% platform fee), slippage too low, Raydium/Meteora pool missing protocol data, or Solana congestion. Increase slippage/priority, refresh the token page (to re-fetch protocol details), or switch presets. If it keeps failing, capture the transaction error + signature and follow the support workflow in Links & Support.
Does Ares support limit orders or stop-losses?
Not yet. All trades are market orders routed through the supported DEXs. Limit/stop orders are coming soon.
Can I trade straight from Memes?
Yes. Set the Insta-Buy amount on any panel and use it to launch the trading modal without leaving the feed. The modal still shows the full confirmation summary before submission.
Wallet & Telegram Intelligence
How do I track a wallet?
Open Wallet Tracking → Telegram Tracking Manager → Wallets. Add the address, set tags, and enable alerts if desired. Tracked wallets populate the Wallet Tracking feed and Token Inflows panel.
Why is my Token Inflows panel empty?
Token Inflows requires at least one tracked wallet with alerts enabled. If no wallet matches the filters (e.g., min tracked wallets = 2) the panel will also show “No results.”
How do I connect Telegram?
Click Connect Telegram (in TG Tracking or Settings) and authorize via the official widget for @arespro_bot. This links your Telegram ID to your Ares account so calls, subscriptions, and rewards can be attributed.
How do I add my group?
In TG Tracking, click My TG Profiles → Add My Channel, then follow the Ares Bot Instructions modal:
DM
@arespro_botand press Start.Add the bot
Make calls as usual, including the contract address in the message. The bot records the message ID, allowing Ares to surface the call in feeds and share tips.
How do I show up on the Telegram leaderboard?
Add your own channel, set the visibility to public. Leaderboards rank channels by hit rate, multiplier, and activity over daily/weekly/monthly windows. There is also a KOL submission form in the Leaderboard modal if you need manual review.
Profiles, Rewards & Sharing
Where do I claim rewards?
Open your profile (ares.pro/@handle) → Rewards tab. You’ll see XP progress, SOL rewards, Telegram call breakdowns, and a Claim All button.
How do I share a flex card?
From your profile feed or My Wallets P&L cards, click Share. A dedicated /share/pnl/<code> or /share/ath/<code> page renders a social-ready image and a shareable link.
How do I hide my activity from my profile?
Use Wallet Management to mark wallets as private. Private wallets are excluded from your public profile, watchlist likes, and leaderboards. You can still trade with them.
Predictions (Beta)
What is the Predictions tab?
A Kalshi-powered view of narrative markets. It shows trending series, per-event metadata, and charting.
Can I trade predictions inside Ares?
Not yet.
Troubleshooting & Support
A panel/layout disappeared—what now?
Hit Configure → select the panel you want to re-add or click Reset to default for that page. Layouts are saved server-side, so a full refresh usually restores them as well.
My Telegram feed is blank.
Ensure your Telegram account is connected and that you subscribed to at least one channel (Discovery tab or My TG Profiles). Private channels must have @arespro_bot as an admin.
Trades keep failing or showing “Insufficient liquidity.”
Liquidity frequently drops after migrations. Try refreshing protocol data, switching to a higher slippage preset, or waiting for Raydium liquidity to deepen. If the token has fully rugged (LP removed), sells will fail everywhere—not just on Ares.
