In order to utilize SMS texting within your sport account your athletics admin must complete the steps outlined in this article in order for your university to become an authorized sender. If you wish to utilize texting please have your athletics admin get in touch with ARI support at support@arirecruiting.com.
How to Add Funds to Your Account:
ARI Messaging requires you to load money to your ARI account. Follow these steps to get money loaded into your ARI account so you can start utilizing individual and mass texting!
Navigate to the Settings icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
Click SMS Settings.
Note: Only users with team admin privileges see SMS Settings. Learn more here.Click $ Add Funds in the top right-hand corner of the page.
This is where you will load credits to your account in order to buy a phone number and then utilize the credits to send text messages within ARI.Enter your purchase amount.
The minimum purchase is $20.Click Continue.
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.Enter your credit/debit card info and click Pay.
Once your payment has been processed, it will take you back to your ARI account and your balance will reflect the purchased amount.

You can also add funds to your account by selecting the Messaging icon on the left-hand navigation bar and clicking the Refill button and then following the instructions above (starting at #4)
