Here at ARI Athletics, we value your feedback to help improve our platform. Send us a chat message anytime if you see a bug in the system or would like to request a new feature. We record all feature requests to be considered for future development and we strive to squash all bugs as quickly as possible. A few times a year you will see release notes from our latest development sprint announcing the newest features and bug fixes.
New Feature Updates:
🏀 Reorder Bio fields and decide which fields appear in Recruits, Athletes and/or Contacts. Click on Edit Fields to give this a try.
✉️ Assign High Schools to Recruits from ARI's Organizations database using your Gmail or Outlook add-in.

🥎 Position is now displayed in questionnaire submission email notifications.
⏰ Schedule mass SMS messages to be sent at a later time or date.
📝 Sorting in Notes is now a sticky setting. When you select which column to sort by, this setting will stay in place each time you go to the notes list.
📬 In email stats, see emails suppressed (not sent) due to missing Placeholders. You will also see a warning message if you try to send a mass email with a Placeholder to recipients who do not have a value for the selected Placeholder.
🟦 For our Slate integration clients, we have added a few behind-the-scenes enhancements to improve the efficiency of your Slate integration.
⚽️ You can now Archive athletes in Athletic Forms.
👯♂️ Duplicate Detector now displays Recruits at the top of the list and Athletes and Contacts at the end.
🏐 Update the Responsible field by importing each coach's email address or first and last name.

🏊🏽♀️ Swimcloud Integration fix to allow hours in swim times to be imported.
🏷️ Fixed bug where tags were sometimes not appearing.
