Platform access level: This guide is for everyone who signs in to the Arist platform, whatever your role. Learners do not need to sign in to receive lessons, because lessons arrive in the tools they already use.
Arist signs you in with a one-time login code sent to your email address, so there is nothing to remember and no Arist password to reset. If a password prompt is blocking you right now, it belongs to your company's own sign-in or to your Google account, and section 2 covers where to reset it.
1. Sign in with a login code instead
If you are locked out and came here looking for a password reset, this is the whole sign-in.
Every sign-in works the same way:
Go to arist.app, enter your email address, and select Continue.
Open the email from Arist containing your one-time login code. It usually arrives within a minute.
Enter the code on the next screen and select Continue.
The code signs you in to your existing account, so all of your content and settings are exactly where you left them.
Note: If the code does not arrive or is not accepted, Why isn't my login code working? walks through the fixes.
2. Reset a Google or company password with that provider
Any password you meet on the way into Arist belongs to another system, not to Arist. If your organization uses single sign-on, you authenticate through your company's identity provider, and if you sign in with a Google account, the password is your Google password. Each one is reset with the provider that owns it.
Company single sign-on: Reset your password the way you would for any other work app, through your company's usual reset flow or your IT team.
Google sign-in: Reset your Google account password with Google, then return to arist.app and sign in again.
3. None of these fixed it
Two details make a sign-in issue fast to resolve, so include them when you write in:
The email address you are signing in with: Your access is tied to the address your administrator added to Arist, so a different or misspelled address will not receive a code.
How you normally sign in: Whether you use the emailed code, a Google account, or your company's single sign-on tells support which system to check first.
