Arro Intelligence can help you draft communications, social posts and documents, or get started with programmes and deliverables. You can describe what you need in everyday language and then ask it to make changes.
Where to find Intelligence
Select Intelligence from the sidebar. You can also find it next to the search option at the top right of Arro.
Ask, generate and refine
Ask: Tell Intelligence what you need. Include details such as who it is for and what you want it to say.
Generate: Read the response or draft it creates.
Refine: Ask it to change anything that needs work.
For example, you could type: “Draft a short message to staff about next week’s training session.” If the result is too long, ask: “Make it shorter and more conversational.”
What information can Intelligence use?
Intelligence can use information in Arro, uploaded documents and website content to help with your request. The more useful detail you give it, the more relevant its response can be.
Check names, dates and other details before using or sharing anything it creates.
