The ability to round prices has become increasingly important to artists marketing their Art Storefronts sites. It allows them to make their pricing more uniform and easier to work with. Because of this, Art Storefronts has taken the opportunity to create a feature to round prices in several different ways.

  1. Make sure you are logged in to your Art Storefronts Site Manager. When you’re sure you’re logged in, click on the tab labeled SITE SETTINGS.

  2. Make sure you’re on the INFO tab of the SITE SETTINGS. If you aren't sure you’re on the right tab, you will not see the information covered here, and you won’t complete the process.

  3. Scroll down the page until you see the section labeled Round Prices To, and from the menu, select your preferred option. Your prices with a decimal greater than .50 will round up to the chosen number, and (2) the prices below .50 will be rounded to the nearest dollar, and (3) the prices equal to .50 will remain unchanged.

  7. Now, you need to find the INFO tab and click on it. You need to update your Teaser Prices, so things appear correctly on the live site.

  8. Scroll down the page until you find the Recalculate Teaser Prices section and click on the button labeled RECALCULATE.

  9. You’ll receive a message saying the process may take a few minutes. Click the button labeled Ok.

  10. Now, you can navigate to your Live Site, and you will see that the price rounding has been appropriately implemented.
