Uploading images to create products is a crucial step in the website building process. It's important to categorize these products according to their fulfillment method. Some products are automatically fulfilled by your Fulfillment Vendor, such as fine art prints and merchandise. Other products, like original paintings, limited editions, and sculptures, require manual fulfillment.

Automated Fulfillment products are fulfilled by the Fulfillment Vendor that your website is connected to. Once an order is placed, the uploaded files will be sent to the vendor for printing and shipping. To ensure high-quality prints, it's important to use high-resolution files that have been professionally photographed or scanned.

To upload these files, you can use your "Warehouse - Open Edition Prints" store page, which is directly connected to your fulfillment vendor. This page will automatically display different sizes, media, frames, style finishers, and print options from the vendor.

In addition to fine art prints, you can also use the Art Storefronts website to offer Merch items that are Automatically Fulfilled. Merchandise print on demand is fulfilled by our Merch Vendor Gooten, and you can select Merch options for every image that you upload in your Art Print Store.

Unlike Automated Fulfillment products, products that are not fulfilled by the vendor through our system do not require high-resolution, professionally photographed images, as these images are for display purposes only. These self-fulfilled products should be added to your Standard Store, which is not connected to any external vendors. As a result, no automatic fulfillment process will occur when an order is placed.

By default, your Standard Store is labeled "Warehouse - Originals, Limited Editions, and Standard Products."
