Walkthrough

This article is specifically for Print Studios. In this tutorial, we will show how to set and change your Minimum PPl for upload to print tool. This feature prevents customers from uploading low-quality images and avoids possible pixelated or distorted prints. This is a fantastic way to determine acceptable image resolution for printing studios to ensure that everyone is uploading images according to your standards.

  1. Log in to your Art Storefronts Control Panel and click on the Art Upload Store you want to work in. We will be using the store title Upload Store.

  2. Click on the tab labeled Info.

  3. Find the section labeled Minimum Printable DPI and change it to between 72 and 150 DPI.

  4. When you are satisfied with your changes, click Save.

Important: Changes to the Minimum PPI are not applied retroactively to existing image uploads. Images will need to be re-uploaded after changing the Minimum PPI to have it applied to them.
