Hand-To-Hand emails include:

  • Welcome Emails

  • Unsold Cart Recovery Emails

  • Upsell Emails

  • Order Thank You Emails

These emails can be sent manually from multiple places in the site manager (Contacts manager, Unsold cart section, Orders section). The purpose of these emails is to create a strong bond with existing customers, warm up the leads, turn potential customers to actual customers, improve the sales. The success behind these emails is that they all have a very personal touch, they feel like the Artist is reaching out directly, and that is why the response rate is higher then with other marketing emails.

However, we have now made it possible to start sending these emails automatically, while keeping the emails very personal, and even though it is the system that does the work of sending the emails, each of them still feels like it was sent by an actual person.

The automated Hand To Hand Emails are enabled by default, though if you prefer to still send them manually, you can easily disable the automated emails from your Site Manager by going to Site Settings > Emails > Automated Emails and turning OFF all 4 emails.

1. By default the Automatic Welcome Emails will be set to On. If you wish to disable them, so that the Welcome emails are not sent automatically, as you plan to send those manually, then you can set the slider to OFF.

2. Send Welcome Email in (X) Minutes determines when the system is going to send the Welcome email to new subscribers. The default time is 30 minutes. Though this can be changed by simply putting in a different value in this field, the default times for all automated emails have been carefully chosen, to make the emails seem very natural and like they have been sent directly by the site owner.

3. Next is the Email Subject and the Welcome Email Content. Though you can alter the content here, our recommendation is that you use the templates provided, especially if you have not sent these emails manually in the past.

All of these emails, when they are sent will create records on the contact itself, so you know which emails have been sent to which contact. Example:
