Announcing a New Piece / Inspiration Behind a Piece

You can write about all sorts of things in your romance emails, but the most common topic is probably to share a memory or bit of inspiration behind a specific piece:

[GREETING]

I'm excited to share my newest piece with you today, [NEW PIECE NAME].

I was inspired by [WHAT INSPIRED YOU?]

[SALUTATION + NAME]

EXAMPLE:

Good morning,

I'm excited to share my newest piece with you today, Falling Leaves.

I was inspired by the many autumn days I spent on my grandmother's porch as a kid growing up in the country.

I visited the house again last fall and painted this piece right after. Now, every time I look at it, I'm reminded of days filled with cool breezes, iced tea, and falling leaves.

Terry
