When you send a Recommendations campaign, a Resend campaign is automatically scheduled for 48 hours later. You can reschedule the Resend, or create a new one.
How to Create a Resend Campaign:
Go to the Campaigns tab in your Artbrain account.
Select the campaign that you want to resend.
Click on the arrow next to the "View Report" button.
Select "Create Resend Campaign" from the drop-down menu.
5. Once the "Create Resend Campaign" is clicked, the chosen campaign is duplicated, and a new campaign (under the same name + [resend]) will appear above all your other Artbrain campaigns.
6. Click on the arrow button to the right of your new Resend campaign and press Edit. Make any edits to the campaign's design or subject line/preview text you'd like.
7. After saving and sending yourself a test email, choose whether you'd like to send or schedule the campaign.
Good to know:
1. You can only send one resend campaign per auction.
2. If the open rate of the original campaign was above 90%, you won't be able to
create a Resend campaign.
3. After sending a Recommendations campaign, we recommend waiting at least 48-72 hours before creating a Resend campaign.
a. Note: you must create the resent campaigns on the day you wish to send them, not prior. The settings are created at the moment of campaign creation, not the moment it is sent
4. Creating a Resend campaign for a Trending campaign is not recommended.
