We have an optional “Meet the Artist” feature, which allows your patrons to book meetings with you. This feature is designed to cut down the admin time of doing the scheduling dance with interested clients so you can keep them focussed on why they're buying your artwork and makes it super simple for them to see your availability.
Setting your availability
You have the ability to set your standard availability for each week, and these times can be adjusted at any time. On this page we're just setting your general availability, however later on you can customise this more granularly.
You can also have multiple calendars with different availability and have different ones active on different artworks, for example, you may have different hours for online meetings and in-person meetings.
You also have an override setting so if you want specific days off. For example if you're away for the weekend but you usually have availability then, or if something comes up.
The good news is that you can update these times whenever necessary, and you can even switch off availability for specific artworks. You can customise your calendar in any way that suits you.
More flexibility with availability
We’ve made it easy for you to manage your schedule. The copy button on the right allows you to copy your availability from one day to multiple days, so you don’t have to input the same times every time. You can also use the plus button to add breaks in your day. For example, if you want to work from 9 am to 12 pm, then take a lunch break, you can set another availability from 2 pm to 5 pm for the same day. This gives you complete control over your schedule.
Hiding your profile
If you ever need to stop your profile being seen online or stop patrons booking time with you, you can hide your profile with just one button. When your profile is hidden, no details will be shown, and patrons won’t be able to book any meetings with you.
Upcoming features
We’re working on a feature that will allow you to sync your calendar with Artega for even easier scheduling. In the meantime, we’ve added a feature that lets you over-ride specific days if you’re taking time off or going on holiday. You’ll also be able to decide how far in advance patrons can choose meeting times.
For now, set your general availability, so your patrons know when you’re available for a meeting. You can always adjust these hours as needed later on, or keep them turned off if you want to compare diaries with patrons manually or sell artworks without arranging a meeting.
