Understanding what shows up on your bank statement

When you make a payment through Artega, your payment is securely processed by our trusted partner, Wert. This means that:

  • The charge on your bank or card statement will show Wert as the merchant.

  • You will not see Artega, the practitioner's name, or any reference to the proof of agreement.

This is completely normal and part of how Wert's payment processing works.

If you see 'SHA2 SOLUTIONS OU' on your banking app or statement, that's Wert's registered office in Estonia. You can read more about it in our help article.
