Smart Mail Groups in ARTERNAL allow you to summarize the activity across multiple Smart Mails, providing insights into how many conversations, pending deals, and sold deals have been generated by each group of Smart Mails.

Steps to Create a Smart Mail Group:

  1. Go to Smart Mail Groups:
    In the Mail tab, click on Smart Mail Groups from the left-hand menu.

  2. Create a New Group:
    On the Smart Mail Groups page, click on New Smart Mail Group located in the top-right corner.

  3. Name Your Group:
    Enter a name for your new Smart Mail group, then click CREATE & ADD to save it.

Smart Mail Groups are designed to help you track activities such as conversations, pending deals, and sold deals across Smart Mails. They are NOT used for sending Smart Mail. If you want to send multiple Smart Mails with a similar template, learn how to duplicate Smart Mails by clicking HERE.
