No, but if there are a lot of questions, it may make sense to separate them out into categories. Whenever possible, try to have the order of your question build off of one another in a logical way (for example follow the user process). The exception, of course, is adding the most important questions to the top.

For the questions, use first person when appropriate. Ex "Where do I locate x, y, or z?"
For the answers, use second person imperative. Ex. "Tap this button"
Avoid using terms like user or customer. Not only are they impersonal, but they can also be confusing. Default to writing for the person performing the action described.
