If a lesson shows a white screen and nothing happens when you press play, try these steps in order.
1. Turn off your VPN
A VPN can stop lesson videos from loading, with no error message. Turn it off, refresh the page, and press play again.
2. Try a private window
Ad blockers and privacy extensions can also block video. A private or incognito window runs without them.
3. Try another browser or device
If the video plays elsewhere, the problem is in that browser. See supported devices and browsers.
