Would you like to modify your gallery information (gallery name, address, description, etc.) ?

Nothing could be simpler !

Log in to your management space, and look at the left-hand side of your space. "My Artsper Profile" corresponds to your public data on the site, while "My Account" contains all your private data, banking information, etc.

My Artsper profile

"Vendor profile" : Here you'll find all the information visible on your seller page. This is where you can enter your gallery's public name and address, a profile photo and a description that will be visible to everyone.

NB : Information for sellers with a "Free" subscription is not displayed on the site

"My addresses" : Add or modify the addresses of your galleries.

"My templates" : Find templates to edit your invoices and certificates of authenticity.

My account

"My details" : This is a very important section : here you can change your contact information, phone numbers and email address. You can also change your password here. This is also where you can change your company details (SIRET, Logo, etc.) at any time. Finally, you can change the language of your page and your currency and measurement preferences here.

"My subscription" : Here you'll find your current subscription, its terms and conditions, and the option to change it by clicking on the "Change my subscription" button.

"My billing informations" : Here you can view or modify your billing information, access the bank details you have entered for payments of sales made through Artsper, and also the payment method you have registered to pay your subscription if you have taken out a subscription.

"My Invoices" : Here you'll find the invoices related to subscription payments, as well as those for refunds.

"My credit notes" : Here you'll find any credit notes on commissions.

NB : Once you've made your changes, simply click on the "Save" button at the bottom right of the form.
