How to confirm availability?

It is important to have an up-to-date catalog on Artsper so that the artworks for sale are truly available and to avoid any order cancellations.

To do so, Artsper helps you by indicating if you have artworks on the catalog that have been there for a while and haven't been updated recently.

A red banner on your homepage informs you that you have artworks whose availability needs to be confirmed.

From your artworks tab:

Your old artworks have a banner on their thumbnail informing you that their availability needs to be confirmed:

  • By choosing yes the red banner will disappear and the artwork will rise in the algorithm.

  • By choosing no the artwork will be marked as sold.

Filter your catalog to display only the artworks whose availability needs to be confirmed by selecting the "Availability to confirm" filter, then select several artworks at once and define if they are available or sold.

An up-to-date catalog and no cancelled sales can give you the status of a top seller! On the contrary, you lose your top seller status if you cancel sales due to unavailability.
