Buying art online is not always easy for our collectors: they sometimes have difficulties visualising the artwork behind a screen.

In order for our collectors to better understand the artwork and to proceed with the purchase, we offer the option to ask you directly for more pictures right from the artwork page.

They have the possibility to tick the requests they wish to send this way:

You will receive the requests by email. We will then ask you to connect to your Artsper account (where you will find these notifications), upload the requested photos directly to the artwork’s page and indicate which kind of picture you added (signature, back of the artwork etc). The client will then be notified by email of the addition of these photos.
