As soon as you receive an email informing you that an order has been placed, or in the case of a payement made by bank transfer as soon as you receive an email informing you that the payment has been received, you must go to your back office to approve and confirm the sale before moving to the following stages.

You will find the order and the statut indicated in the end of it line “Awaiting for approval”. You will then need to confirm that the artwork is available for sale: click on the order, then at the bottom of the page add the timeframe in which you can dispatch the artwork before clicking on “Artwork Available” on the bottom right.

If the artwork is unfortunately unavailable, you must click on the “Artwork not available” button. Consider providing our customer services team with alternative options that they can present to the collector so that you don't miss out on a sale.

It is important to keep your catalogue to avoid this situation as it leads to disappointed clients.

Keep in mind that it's really important to read the emails you will receive from Artsper then, they will guide you in the actions you should do to ensure the follow up of the order.
