How do I manage an order paid in a foreign currency ?

Exactly the same as you would an order paid in your own currency.

Please keep in mind that we save the conversion rate at the moment the order is made, so that you are not affected by exchange rate variations, it is us who cover them.

This way you can manage the order as usual, without having to worry about the amount that will be reimbursed to you, which will be exactly the same as if the order were paid in your currency.

However, you will need to indicate the amount paid by the client as well as the currency in which they paid the artwork in the invoice that you will send to the client.

In the invoice we provide you for our commission, we will indicate, as always, the order details, but also the exchange rate registered at the moment the order was made.
