1. Connect Abra
Open your Upcart Editor and navigate to the Rewards Module.
Scroll to the bottom of the module.
Click the link labeled “Learn more about Abra.”
You’ll be directed to the Abra connection page, where you can log in or create an account to complete the integration.
📝 Connection Tip:
After connecting, you’ll manage your Abra account and product catalog in Abra’s dashboard.
2. Activate the Integration in Abra
In your Abra account settings, activate the Upcart integration. This allows Abra to send your promotions and rewards directly to the cart drawer.
3. Create a Promotion in Abra
In your Abra dashboard, click Create Promotion.
Set the Title to the exact code or label you want customers to see when they reach the reward threshold.
Configure your reward type, such as a discount, free gift, or VIP promotion.
These promotions will automatically sync with your reward conditions in Upcart, displaying dynamically in your cart drawer when triggered.
It will look similar to this (based on your promotion type):

The promotion title in Abra should match the reward code or label you plan to use in your Upcart Tiers.
4. Add Your Promotion Banners in Abra
Upload your promotion banners directly inside Abra.
Assign each banner to your cart template.
When your reward conditions are met, these banners will appear automatically inside your Upcart cart drawer with no additional setup required.
5. Connect Abra Promotions in Upcart
Return to Upcart to complete the connection.
Open the Rewards Module in your Upcart Editor.
For each reward tier, open Advanced Settings.
Enter the Abra Title (code) that matches your promotion.
Click Save when finished.
🧠 Note:
Make sure the promotion title in Abra exactly matches the title you enter in your Upcart Tier. Otherwise, the reward won’t trigger correctly.
6. Test and Launch
Before going live, test your setup to ensure everything works correctly:
Add products to your cart to reach the reward threshold.
Confirm that your promotion banners appear inside the cart drawer.
Verify that the correct promotion triggers based on cart value or item count.
