In this section, account administrators will be able to add or edit external load source settings, enabling users to either post available freight or perform custom load searches.

Begin by clicking the Settings menu found on the lower-left side of your screen.

Locate the AscendTMS Plans, Features and Billing Details section, then click on Add or Edit Load Board Settings.

Notice the two tabs:

My Company Load Board Settings are shared across your entire organization. Enter your company’s credentials for each load board you’d like to integrate with AscendTMS.

My Personal Load Board Settings are user-specific and are not shared across your organization. If you have individual load board credentials, enter them within this tab to search for or post freight using your personal login.

We offer direct integration with the C.H. Robinson Navisphere load board. If you are a contracted carrier with C.H. Robinson, enter your USDOT# and T-Number as provided to you by C.H. Robinson (be sure to only enter the numeric portion of your T-Number), to ensure you see all your Carrier Advantage loads and are able to book loads immediately from within AscendTMS via the Book Now functionality.

If you don’t have a T-Number, just use your USDOT# to search for loads.
