Connecting Your 123Loadboard and AscendTMS Accounts for Load Posting

To post loads on 123Loadboard, you'll need a 123Loadboard account.

If you already have an account with 123Loadboard, please follow the few easy steps below.

NOTE: If you have individual user logins for 123Loadboard and wish to connect each user login, scroll down to the Connect Your Individual User Logins section.


Connect Your 123Loadboard Account for Your Company

Begin by clicking the Settings menu found on the lower-left side of your screen.

Locate the AscendTMS Plans, Features and Billing Details area and click on the Add or Edit Load Source Settings link.

Select My Company Load Source Settings (this option will likely be pre-selected for you). These are the load source settings that will be shared by everyone in your organization.

From there, simply enter your 123Loadboard Username and Password, click Save and start posting loads right away!

Connect Your Individual User Logins

Begin by clicking the User Settings button found on the upper-right corner of your screen, and select My Personal Load Source Settings.

These are your individual load source settings, NOT shared by everyone in your organization.

From there, simply enter your individual 123Loadboard Username and Password, click Save and start posting loads right away!

NOTE: this action will need to be performed by each user wishing to connect their individual login credentials.
