Where to Access the Accountability Log
You can access the Accountability Log from two convenient locations within AscendTMS:
From Load Management (View Loads):
Right-click on any load to open the Shortcuts Menu, then select View Accountability Log.
From Within a Load:
Open the load and navigate to the Load Actions menu, then hover over the Admin / Financials option and select View Accountability Log.

The Accountability Log is your complete activity history for a load — giving you full visibility into both changes and communication.
It tracks every update made to the load, including the timestamp, the user who made the change, the specific field that was updated, and the new value entered.
In addition, the log includes email history, so you can see:
Which load documents were sent
Who sent them and who they were sent to
When the email was delivered
When it was opened — with exact date and time stamps
