Don't See Your Factoring Company Listed?

How to Integrate Your Current Factoring Company

AscendTMS integrates with 65+ of the most trusted factoring companies, making it easier than ever to submit load paperwork and get paid faster. But what if your current factoring partner isn’t listed? Don’t worry—you're not stuck! Here's what you can do.


🔍 First, Double-Check the List

Before taking any next steps, be sure to:

  • From your AscendTMS account, go to Settings > Add or Edit Factoring Settings

  • Look for your factoring company by name there

NOTE: Sometimes they’re listed under a parent company or a slightly different name.


📨 Still Not Listed? Let Us Know!

If your factoring company truly isn’t in our current network, we may be able to add them!

Here’s how to request an integration:

Include the following:

  • Factoring company name

  • Your contact at the factoring company (if available)

  • Your MC number

  • Any documentation or link to their invoice submission process (portal, email, etc.)

Our team will:

  • Reach out to the factoring company

  • Review integration options (email, API, portal submission, etc.)

  • Let you know once it’s added—or offer a suitable workaround


🛠️ In the Meantime – Send Funding Request via Email

While waiting for integration (or if it's not possible), you can still use AscendTMS to manage your loads and submit paperwork via email! Just check out the easy steps, below.

If your non-integrated factoring company will accept factoring transactions via email, you're in luck. You can skip logging into a stand-alone factoring website or portal and shuffling piles of electronic paperwork around to get your funding. As you've already uploaded your freight bills and load documents to AscendTMS for invoicing and billing, why not save time and do your load factoring simultaneously?

Simply add a factoring company contact with an email address to all of your customer profiles in AscendTMS.

Don't forget to check the box for the contact to appear on email lists.

Now, as you email invoices and supporting documents to customers, you can email the very same invoices and supporting documents (freight bills) to your factoring company at the same time!

(NOTE: Verify with your factoring representative on whether they want you to bill your customer in conjunction with sending in your invoices and POD's to them for payment. If your factoring company wants to bill your customers on your behalf, then you only need to email your invoices and supporting documents to your factoring company, and they will do the rest. It's that easy!)

Your factoring company contact will appear in the invoice email list along with your customer contacts.

Follow through with sending the email. Your customer will receive your invoice and proof of delivery documents and your factoring company will receive the same.
