What appointments do I need to have my insurance coverage verified?

We would recommend a coverage check request from patients before any "new" service, such as acupuncture, mental health, or specific preventive services, etc. We also recommend members call their insurance provider (or we offer a three-way call with insurance provider) to confirm benefit specifics.
