Most appointment types are bookable in the Tia portal, though some are only bookable once you've seen a provider.

To book an appointment, log into the member portal and tap "Book appointment" or scroll down to the "Browse appointments by service" section.

You'll be taken to the appointment selection page, where you can see all the available appointments or use the search bar to filter.

Select an appointment and the location where you'd like to get care.

After selecting the location, you'll be shown all the available appointment times, and can filter by date, provider gender, provider, and location.

Once you select your appointment time, review your appointment and any information provided.

Then confirm and book!

You'll be able to immediately update any information required before your appointment.
