To cancel an appointment, select your upcoming appointment, choose "cancel appointment" answer why you are canceling and confirm cancellation.

Members can cancel their Tia appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If a member cancels within 24 hours, they may be subject to a cancellation fee as per Tia's no-show policy. Cancellation policies are different for appointments. The typical cancellation window is 48 hours otherwise you may be charged.
