If you have an issue booking an appointment slot, it means that the time has been booked before you were able to book it. Please go back and book another time.

If you are unable to see any timeslots, please x out of your filters and refresh the screen. Patients will be directed to chat with a care coordinator if they are not seeing any slots open.
