If you didn't receive a confirmation text, you likely unsubscribed from Tia texts.

All the info you need is in your appointment card in the member portal. Here you can:

- Find the appointment time, date, and location

- Check in for your appointment

- Join your virtual appointment

Without texts, you won't get reminders for your appointment—please add it to your calendar and give yourself enough time to check in (which can take 10-45 minutes).
