If you are not receiving your confirmation text, this is probably because you unsubscribed from texts.

All information you need is available in the portal in your appointment card:
- You can find the appointment time, date and location
- You can check in for your appointment
- You can join your virtual appointment

Without texts you will not get reminders for your appointment so please add it to your calendar and give yourself enough time to check in as it can take 10-45 minutes depending on if you need to update your health information.
