There are two parts of check in. The first part can be completed whenever before the appointment. The second part can only be completed 24 hours before the appointment.

If you book your own appointment, you are sent directly to check in. If Tia books the appointment, you will need to login to the portal to check in and can tap on the appointment card to begin.
