There are several steps to check in to your Tia appointment- all so that you can spend more time with your provider.
When you check in you will:
- Verify your personal information, address and emergency contact
- Update your health record
- Verify your card on file
- Verify your insurance

Within 24 hours you will complete the first part of check in:
- Fill out any current health updates
- Give consent for care

If you have been to Tia before, the check in process should take less than 10 minutes. If you are new to Tia, give yourself 45 minutes to be able to thoroughly answer the questions.
