To cancel your membership, navigate to your care and click on account details or go to https://member.asktia.com/r/account-info. Click on "Cancel my membership" if you are choosing to cancel your Tia Membership, select which options fits best for canceling. You will be directed to message a care coordinator and they will get back to you in 3 business days to process your cancellation.
