All Tia memberships may be canceled for any reason within 48 hours of purchase.

For members who are charged monthly, cancellations that are valid and approved will be effective on the first day of the next calendar month after the month in which the cancellation is approved.

For members who are charged annually, you must provide notice of cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to your billing date; cancellation will be effective on the billing date.
