You may purchase an annual Membership or monthly Membership. Your Membership will continue, and you will continue to be charged with the credit card on file when you sign up, and until You cancel your Membership as provided in the section below on “Cancellation or Suspension of Membership.” Annual Memberships are billed at a fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) on an annual basis. Monthly Memberships are billed at a fee of fifteen dollars ($15) per month. For all Memberships you will be charged a one-time initiation fee of twenty dollars ($20).
