The most common problem is a message saying "This survey is unavailable".
Causes:
Link is malformed.
When copying the survey link from the 'Delivery' page of the survey editor please use the 'copy' button to ensure the full correct link is copied. Adding any characters or cutting any off will result in the above error message.
Survey is not published.
Please open the survey in the survey editor, proceed to step 4 and publish the survey.
Link channel is disabled
In the survey editor on the 'delivery' page ensure that the link functionality is switched on.
You may be over your account limit.
In the dashboard check at the top for a red warning banner indicating you've exceeded your account limits.
