Troubleshooting - Post Purchase survey

My post purchase survey won't display or looks incorrect

Please note due to Shopify enforcing use of specific components in the post-purchase delivery channel the survey may vary slightly from the in-app preview.

Common issue: The post-purchase survey isn't showing

Resolutions:
1. Ensure the post-purchase app block has been added. Install instructions can be found here.

2. Go to page 4 "Publish" of the survey editor and ensure that the survey has been published.

3. If you have tested once, it will not show again for that order. Please submit another test order.
