In Asklayer actions can be performed based on specific user responses or by default when a question is answered with any answer.
To set an answer specific action, click 'Action' underneath the answer in the survey editor.
To set a default action, scroll to the bottom of the page settings and click the Default action.
In the case a default action and answer specific action are both set, the answer specific action takes precedence.
Actions that can be performed
Go to page
Next - this is the default action.
Specific page - jump to a different page in the survey for branching logic.
End survey - when the user answers, simply end the survey.
Tag user
Any tag set will be made available in connected platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Shopify.
Open URL
Defined link will be opened in a new window.
Write customer metafield (Shopify only)
Write data to a customers metafield. Find more information here.
