Surveys in Asklayer are made up of pages. Each page can be a question, a coupon/reward, a form, or other content.
Steps
Open the survey editor.
Click Add page at the bottom of the screen.
Select a Page type from the list.
Page types
Page type | Description |
Text / Copy | Allows respondents to state questions or opinions. |
Coupon / Reward | Displays a coupon code to the respondent |
Button List | Displays answer choices in button format |
Single Line | Short text input |
Single Choice | A question with one selectable answer |
Multiple Choice | A question with multiple selectable answers |
Word cloud | Allows multiple selections |
Dropdown | A question with a dropdown list of options |
Email Capture | Collects contact information such as email address |
Consent checkbox | A field for consent confirmation |
Binary | For yes/no (two-choice) answers |
Number Scale & NPS | A numeric scale (0–10 by default). Can be configured to calculate as NPS or CSAT |
Star rating | Rate on a 1–5 star scale |
Satisfaction & CSAT | Suited for satisfaction ratings |
Short Answer | A free-text input question |
