This article explains how to auto-generate a unique, single-use coupon for each respondent who reaches the coupon page of your survey.
Auto-generated coupons are available on Shopify and Wix (for other platforms, please use the coupon pool function instead).
Select or create a coupon page in your survey.
In the content editor on the left side of the screen, click 'Coupon / Reward', then 'Add page'.
In the 'Page settings' section on the left, click the 'Edit' button under 'Coupon Code'.
Select the coupon type:
Auto coupon — configures a coupon that is auto-generated per respondent.
Free shipping — auto-generates a free shipping coupon.
Static coupon — lets you enter a pre-defined (non-automatic) coupon code.
Once the coupon is configured, it can be shown in the survey or sent to the respondent via a follow-up email.
