A coupon pool is a mechanism that lets you register a batch of coupon codes in advance, then distribute them one at a time to customers who respond to a survey. Once a code has been distributed, it is marked as "used" and will not be distributed again. This process repeats until the pool is empty.
How It Works
Using a coupon pool lets you distribute single-use, one-time coupon codes and prevents the same code from being used by multiple customers. If codes don't need to be single-use, it's simpler to create one fixed coupon code and enter it directly into the Coupon component in the survey editor.
