Before sending Standard Briefs, you'll need to create your Content Guideline Templates, which are used to populate your Briefs with content creation guidelines for each selected deliverable.
We also recommend creating a Brief Template to save time by pre-filling common collaboration details such as compensation, usage rights, and more.
Once your templates are ready, you're ready to send Briefs to creators in your campaign. š
How to Send Standard Briefs
In your campaign's Workflow tab, go to the Briefs stage.
Select Send Briefs from the status dropdown.
Send briefs in bulk by selecting multiple creators, then click Send Briefs.
Send individual briefs by selecting the Send Briefs button under the Actions column.
Make sure you are on the Standard Brief setup, then select content deliverables by clicking the + icon next to each Content Guideline Template you'd like to include in the Brief and adjust the quantity. After adding all required deliverables, click Next.
Note: You can edit the content guidelines directly in the brief once you are in the Content Details section.
Select the Branded Content checkbox if the Paid Partnership label is required. Then select the Instagram handle(s) you want the creator to tag for Branded Content.
Enable Content Approval if you need to review content before it's published by ticking the box "Content must be submitted for review before being posted". Then acknowledge the requirement to review submissions within 3 business days.
š” Need a longer review window? Contact help@aspire.io to extend your content review period.
Set the due dates for each deliverable, including the content submission date for draft approval (if applicable) and content publishing date.
Optional: Edit the deliverable title to easily identify the content (ex: June Instagram Post #1)
š£ Pro tip: Add a 1ā2 week buffer when setting due dates to account for potential shipping or content production delays.

No Compensation
If you've created a Brief Template, your default compensation settings will already be populated. You can update them before sending the Brief.
š Note: If you need to offer Net 30 or Net 60 payment terms instead of the default 7 business days, contact help@aspire.io.Configure the Budget linked to the project (if applicable).

If you're using a Brief Template, your default usage rights will automatically populate and can be edited if needed.
