💡 Why use the Certificate Center? When should you use it?
A course certificate confirms a learner’s completion of a learning path. If you manage multiple certified learning paths and many learners, the Certificate Center is especially helpful when:
👁️🗨️ You want to view all certificates earned by a specific learner
🗄️ You need a way to download certificates on behalf of your learners
💾 You must keep and share detailed records of learner certificates with third parties to comply with standards such as Qualiopi
🛠 How does it work?
1️⃣ Go to your Administration space
2️⃣ Click on Certificates and reports
3️⃣ Click View to access specific certificates
4️⃣ Click Download all certificates to retrieve them in bulk
👉 By default, all your certificates will be displayed. However, you can organize them in several ways:
Filter by training space or learner group
Use the keyword search bar to find certificates by username, email, or user ID. This allows for quick and efficient access to what you need. All selected certificates will be included in a single downloadable ZIP file.
