Astra automatically imports your FBA Inventory Report from Amazon and provides real-time stock visibility. This feature is available only for Sellers and gives you key insights into your inventory levels, pricing, and ad strategies linked to each ASIN/SKU.
You have access to the stock level
Stock Levels You Can Track:
✅ Available: Stock that is ready to be sold on Amazon.
✅ Inbound: Stock that has been shipped to Amazon but hasn’t arrived yet.
✅ Reserved: Stock that:
Is at Amazon but not ready for sale.
Is tied to a customer’s order in transit between fulfillment centers.
Requires additional processing.
✅ Unfulfillable: Stock that has been returned by a customer or damaged. Amazon will not sell it, but you continue to pay storage fees until you request its removal. To identify issues, check the unfulfillable view section in Amazon Seller Central.
✅ Estimated Days of Stock:
Based on your stock and your previous sales (of the last 30 days), we estimate your days of stock remaining
Astra estimates your Days in Stock based on your sales over the last 30 days.
✅ Pro Tip: Send more stock to Amazon before your estimated days in stock drop below your production and shipping delay to avoid stockouts.
You can filter out-of-stock ASINs and paused-with-stock ASINs when there are any.
Astra notifies you when:
🔹 Low Stock (Less than 7 Units, No Inbound): Time to restock before running out.
🔹 Out of Stock: Pause ads automatically across all sponsored product and sponsored display strategies to prevent wasted ad spend.
🔹 Paused ASIN Back in Stock: Reactivate ads when inventory is replenished.
You can also set a Pause Advertising Threshold — specifying the minimum stock level at which Astra should pause ad campaigns for that ASIN. This prevents overspending on ads when inventory is running low.
