Budget: You can change it at the level of your account setting without consequences. Beware the algorithm does not take the account-level budget you set in its predictions!
Your own campaign: We recommend you pause them
You can modify but the algorithm will overwrite your changes

The bids: If you do, the algorithm will learn about corrupted data and its optimization will be compromised.

Negative targeting: If you do, the algorithm will not optimize the sales well anymore and it might miss good targets
The campaigns name: if you do, the algorithm will not recognize its own campaigns any more
