If you forgot your PIN, you can reset it directly from the app.
How to reset your PIN
Open the AstroPay app and tap Forgot your PIN?
Log out of the app.
Enter the phone number linked to your account.
Receive and enter the OTP (one-time password) sent to your email.
Complete the facematch verification to confirm your identity.
You will receive an email with a link to create a new PIN.
Open the link and set your new PIN.
Log back in with your new PIN.
Once completed, your new PIN is active and you can use it to access your account.
