  2. Email Us:

    • Send an email to support@astropay.com, clearly stating your intent to permanently close your account.

  3. Identity Verification:

    • Submit identity verification documents, including a photo of your identification document (e.g., passport, driver’s license) and a selfie holding the same document. This step is crucial to protect your account against unauthorized closure.

  4. Handle Pending Transactions:

    • Ensure any pending transactions are completed and withdraw all account balances. Failure to do so may result in the loss of funds. Migration to platforms like iCash (if applicable) requires withdrawing balances via the new platform.
