Your account has a restriction that requires identity verification. This is a compliance requirement to keep your account secure.
What you need to do
Open the AstroPay app.
Tap your Profile Icon (top left corner).
Select Complete Profile.
Tap Validate Your Identity and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once your identity is verified, your account becomes fully operational again. The verification process typically takes up to 48 hours after you submit your documents.
